About MarkGrid
MarkGrid is the AI workforce for enterprise marketing. The platform brings together 15 integrated modules and more than 650 autonomous agents that plan, execute and measure marketing across every channel from one place. It is built to replace a fragmented stack of point tools, not to become one more of them.
We were founded in 2026 by CMOs and senior marketing operators with an average of 18 years inside global companies. Our team has run marketing programmes at Unilever, Pfizer, Samsung, Domino's, Amazon and Airtel, shipping campaigns, owning growth P&Ls and reporting numbers to boards through every major channel shift of the last two decades. We are headquartered in Noida, India, with offices in Dover, Delaware, and Dubai.
Why we built MarkGrid
Every big shift in marketing has followed the same pattern. A new discovery channel appears, measurement lags behind it for years, and the brands that invest early build an advantage that compounds. We lived through it with Google search, paid social, mobile and content marketing.
In 2025 the pattern repeated, faster than ever. AI assistants became the default starting point for a growing share of product research, B2B evaluations and high-intent questions. Yet the CMOs we spoke to had no standard way to measure their presence inside those answers, no way to diagnose why a competitor was being cited instead, and no system to close the gap.
MarkGrid is the answer we wished we had as operators. At its centre is Model Share, the first standardised metric for brand visibility inside AI answers. Around it sits a full execution layer that detects visibility gaps, explains why they exist and deploys AI agents to fix them across SEO, content, community and competitive positioning.
Why Web Summit 2026 matters to us
- The AI debates are our customers' questions. This year's AI Summit track asks whether organisations are ready for AI agents, whether AI investment delivers a return, and what happens when the internet fills with AI-generated content. Those are the questions marketing leaders bring to us every week.
- Marketing is moving beyond the click. The 2026 Marketing Summit is framed around marketing's shift away from click-driven strategies. When buyers get their answer from an AI assistant, many decisions are made before anyone clicks, and that is precisely what Model Share measures.
- The right people, in one place. Web Summit 2025 welcomed 71,386 attendees from 157 countries, including a record 1,857 investors. For a young company, one week in Lisbon means conversations with marketing leaders, potential design partners, investors and press that would otherwise take months.
What MarkGrid does
The platform is organised around three jobs: see where your brand stands, make better creative, and run marketing operations and spend. Each module works on its own and shares its data with the rest.
See: visibility and intelligence
- Model Share: the share of voice metric for the AI era. It measures how often ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Copilot recommend your brand instead of a competitor, ranks you on a competitive leaderboard, and attributes every gain or loss to the prompt and the source the model cited, with alerts when a competitor overtakes you.
- Competitive Intel: competitor SEO, content, backlinks and AI citations monitored in real time, with automatic battlecards.
- Community Signals: Reddit, X, LinkedIn, G2 and forums read for sentiment, pain points and buying intent.
- Brand Research: how each AI model describes your brand, per product and per region, tracked over time.
Make: creative and creator
- Neuro-Marketing: five neuroscience-trained models score your creative before you spend on media. You see where the eye travels in the first 1.5 seconds, whether the ad creates positive arousal, negative arousal or flat affect, and whether the brand will be recalled at 24 and 72 hours, combined into a CES score from 0 to 100 with specific changes to make.
- Creator Real-Time Audit: every creator video is audited across 8 brand-safety and quality checks the moment it is submitted, from brand visibility and competitor absence to claims, disclosure, tone and content safety. The verdict, Approved, Revised or Reshoot, arrives in minutes rather than days.
- Creator Hub and Creative Intelligence Engine: creator rosters, briefs, submissions and renewals in one place, plus campaign ideas grounded in proven global campaigns and peer-reviewed creative research.
Run: operations and spend
- Budget Optimization: spend moved to where the next dollar returns most, with a brief you approve before anything changes.
- E-commerce Intelligence: marketing spend, shelf rank and review sentiment joined into one model, per SKU and per marketplace.
- SEO Intelligence and Content Engine: a pipeline built for Google rankings and AI citations at the same time, and content that goes from brief to published in your brand voice, scored for how likely AI is to cite it.
- Ask MarkGrid and Reports: a conversational strategist over all your data, with cited answers and actions, and board-ready reports that combine every module into one narrative.
MarkGrid connects to the stack teams already run, including Google Search Console, GA4, CMS and CRM platforms, through a REST API with webhooks.
What to talk to us about at Booth B2-14
Come with a real problem. These are the conversations we most want to have in Lisbon:
- "How visible is my brand inside AI answers?" Bring your brand name, your main competitors and the questions your buyers actually ask. Those are the inputs Model Share is built on.
- "Will this ad work before we spend on it?" Bring a recent static or video creative and the placement it is meant for.
- "How do we keep creator content on-brand at scale?" Manual review breaks down once a programme has hundreds of creators. Ask us how automated audits change that.
- "How do we replace a stack of disconnected tools?" Tell us what you run today and where the gaps are.
- Design partner pilots: we work with a curated group of enterprise brands building the AI visibility standard with us, through structured 30-day paid pilots with success criteria agreed up front.
Who should stop by
- CMOs and heads of brand who will be asked about AI visibility at their next board meeting.
- Marketing directors, content teams and SEO teams adapting to AI search.
- Creative, performance and creator programme leads who want answers before media money moves.
- Marketing teams in SaaS, e-commerce, fintech and healthcare.
- Investors, partners and journalists interested in how AI is changing the way brands are discovered.
